Narrative
The City of Muscatine required an additional maintenance facility to be located in Weed Park over looking the Mississippi. The facility includes two repair/maintenance bays, a meeting room and two offices. Construction was completed in May, 2014.

Base COST ESTIMATE: $350,000
Bid amount including cost saving alternates:
$334,900 or $97/square foot
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT: $398,550 or $116/square foot
FINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT:
